Chef Mineiro Bread Company is a small family-owned factory in Orlando, FL, founded by Chef Eduardo Remusat, known for his expertise in Sao Paulo's restaurant scene. His childhood memories of making delicious homemade bread with his grandmother at the family farm inspired him to create Chef Mineiro Cheese Bread in 2012. These "Pão de Queijo" can be easily baked, filling the air with a delightful aroma that brings joy and family togetherness.
